Still Between Challenges
Ok, I haven’t been following BFL for the last several weeks and I’ve been eating like crap this week. I haven’t worked out either. My PE exam in on Friday so I am a little preoccupied with that.
I am trying to decide on when to start Challenge #3, either Monday October 31, 2005 or the following Monday November 7th. At this point I am leaning towards starting on the 7th just so I can have more than few days to decompress after the test. I’ve been studying my butt off since I finished the review course a few weeks ago so I might need a few days to unwind afterwards. The review course was pretty intense itself as well…
I’m still not sure of my final goals and that may be another reason to wait so I can have some time to make a final decision before I start the challenge. However, I do want to increase my cardio sessions by adding some time on the Nordic Track on my weight days. I think that is going to be the key to getting my rate of fat loss to be greater than the rate of gaining muscle. I also need to order more Myoplex because I’ve been out for several months and I think it made a difference in my first challenge.
I will probably start heading back to the gym next week because I do miss it even though I probably won’t start the challenge until the following Monday.
Please think nice thoughts about me on Friday while I am taking the exam, I need all of the help I can get. If I can pass this test, I will definitely have some job options that will help get me out of a job that I do not enjoy whatsoever….
